These guys have been great to work with from the time I walked into the store. Dana and Stephanie are friendly and professional and helped us make some tough but good decisions on several aspects of the job. They replaced the carpet in our bedrooms with a wood-grain ceramic tile to match what was in the rest of the house. They showed up when they said they would and the tile looks great. The installers worked their butts off and got the whole project done in just three days. I would definitely use them again!!

After a water leak in our kitchen we decided to refloor our house utility room, kitchen, living room, and bath. After much delay and haggling with insurance company we finally got reconstruction done and it was time for Carter to get finish floor down. They stored the new floor in their warehouse. This was 2 mo. Much delay from rebuild contractor getting work done. The day came for the floor to go down. Workers went to Dripping Springs picked up the floor then came to our house around 10 am. They dove right in and by 5pm had entire job completed and very well done. This was the highlight of the entire experience. A quality product and workmanship at a fare price. I could not be more pleased with this company and the people. They made a bad experience much better. When you need flooring this locally owned company is the place to go. I have used Carter’s flooring for 2 times for updating my home. Each time they have had a wonderful selection of tile and flooring to choose from for my projects Dana and Stephanie are always so cheerful and helpful. You end up developing a wonderful friendship because each are such nice people. My tilers, Duglus and Israel were the best I have ever had, very talented and excellent at their jobs. The owner of Carter’s Flooring, Otis even took the time to check on the job and his supervisor Jeremy did a great job during my projects. I can’t say enough good things about everyone involved in my projects, all very good at their jobs and very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Carters Flooring to anyone who is considering doing new construction or updates on a project for you will be provided the best service from the beginning to the end! The staff at Carter Floors Marble Falls are amazing. Dana, the tile guru in the sales office was wonderful, understanding and patient and helped us select the most gorgeous tile ever. She was so easy to work with and super organized. The tile installers did a superb job and worked long hours to get the job done with minimal disruption. Their work was perfection. Also subcontractors Kenny(plumbing) and Kevin(drywall ) did amazing work. We had our entire master bath demo’d and remodeled and we could not be happier! We highly recommend Carter Floors and more in Marble Falls!
