Having just had my floors redone two years ago, I was genuinely sick over the prospect of ripping it all out and starting from scratch. Our current flooring was an ugly, damaged mess that was becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. It definitely had to be replaced, but after such a disappointing experience the first time around, I was seriously dreading the whole process again. Thankfully, I found Carter Floors and More, and they completely turned my experience around. I had been browsing different flooring options, and I immediately fell in love with a style. I called multiple companies for quotes, and Brett from Carter Floors was a breath of fresh air. Not only was the pricing very competitive, but Brett made the whole process easy to understand, and he was genuinely kind and patient as I asked a million questions. Once I put down my deposit, I was hit with a curveball: the supplier notified Brett that the product I had chosen was no longer available. I was honestly frustrated, but Brett and his team went above and beyond to find a replacement that actually turned out to be better than the original! They worked tirelessly to locate a flooring and color that exceeded my expectations, and I was thrilled with what they came up with. There were a couple of scheduling hiccups along the way, but Otis and Brett were incredibly diligent and went out of their way to make sure everything stayed on track. They were always transparent about what was happening, and they made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Now that the floors are finally installed, I can’t believe how beautiful they look! The difference is night and day. I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The entire team at Carter Floors and More was professional, accommodating, and committed to making sure I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Carter Floors and More to anyone looking to update their floors. Their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and overall care for their clients set them apart. Our Carter Floors experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dana was amazing and so patient with us in picking out what needed and I mean SO PATIENT. We were probably there everyday for 1 1/2 weeks for carpet and tile for 2 bathrooms! Any issues we had with installation was quickly resolved. We are so happy with the finished project and would highly recommend them to anyone.
